General
What makes DermaVeda different from a regular dermatology or cosmetic clinic?
We treat skin, hair, and cyst conditions using Ayurvedic principles rather than purely symptomatic, short-term fixes. Every consultation looks at diet, lifestyle, and constitution (prakriti) alongside your specific concern, and our qualified, experienced doctors combine classical herbal therapy with safe in-clinic procedures where needed.
Is Ayurvedic treatment safe and backed by qualified doctors?
Yes. Every treatment at DermaVeda is prescribed and performed by qualified doctors — several with additional certifications in cosmetology, trichology, and gynaecology. Procedures like cyst removal and chemical peels follow standard clinical safety protocols alongside Ayurvedic care.
How long does an Ayurvedic treatment take to show results?
It depends on the condition. Acute issues like fungal infections or scabies typically respond within 1-3 weeks. Chronic conditions like psoriasis, eczema, pigmentation, or hair fall are managed over 2-4 months for visible, lasting improvement, since Ayurveda focuses on addressing the root cause rather than a quick suppress-and-return fix.
Appointments
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking ahead by phone or WhatsApp so a doctor is available for your specific concern. Call or WhatsApp +91 98501 39258, or use the contact form on our website, and our team will confirm a convenient slot.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
Please bring any previous prescriptions, test reports, or medication you are currently using, along with a note of when your symptoms started. This helps our doctors build a faster, more accurate treatment plan.
Treatments
Are your skin and hair treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every treatment, including chemical peels and mesotherapy, is calibrated to your skin type and sensitivity level after an in-person assessment. We never use a standard, one-strength-fits-all protocol.
Will the sebaceous or scrotal cyst come back after removal?
Recurrence mainly happens when the cyst sac is not fully removed. Our procedures focus on complete excision of the sac itself, which is the clinically proven way to minimise the chance of the cyst returning.
Can Ayurvedic treatment help with hair transplant recovery or hair regrowth after transplant?
Yes. Alongside surgical hair transplant, we offer Ayurvedic scalp therapy to support healthy healing and strengthen the surrounding hair, which can improve overall results and scalp health post-procedure.
